Johanna Partin
Director, Carbon Neutral Cities Alliance

Johanna Partin is Director of the Carbon Neutral Cities Alliance—a collaboration of global cities committed to reducing GHGs by at least 80% by 2050 or sooner—at the Urban Sustainability Directors Network (USDN). Previously, Johanna served as North America Regional Director for the C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group and Senior Policy Advisor on Environment to San Francisco Mayors Gavin Newsom and Edwin Lee. Johanna has 25 years’ experience in the fields of climate change, renewable energy, microfinance, sustainable development and gender equity, and has worked in 15 different countries around the world.
